How do I check out?

Once you are ready to check out, click on the "check out" button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, follow the prompts to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

My patterns sold here are intended for personal use only, and are not for resale or other distribution. I reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for unauthorized purposes. All prices listed here and on my blog are subject to change.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept Paypal. You can pay with any major credit card or debit card with Paypal.

Do you sell to international customers?

My paper patterns are available to U.S. shipping addresses only. PDF patterns are available to international customers, with the exception of customers in the European Union.

Unfortunately, due to new EU VAT regulations, I am no longer legally permitted to sell my patterns to customers in European Union countries, via this pattern shop or through other websites, such as Craftsy. If you live in an EU country and attempt to purchase one of my patterns, your payment will be declined. I apologize that I'm not able to accommodate you - thank you for your understanding.

How will PDF patterns be delivered to me?

PDF patterns are delivered automatically via email. Once you have completed your order and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from PulleyApp.com with a link to download your pattern. (If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes of completing your purchase, please check your spam folder.) Each pattern can be downloaded up to three times before the link will expire. If you have problems with the downloading process, or if you have used all three of your downloads and need your link reset, please contact me.

How will hard-copy patterns, books, and other merchandise be delivered to me?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and payment verification. All orders placed after 11 AM CST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM CST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

How many times can I download a PDF pattern I have purchased?

The link emailed to you upon purchase has a default limit of three downloads, in order to discourage unauthorized sharing. Once you have downloaded the pattern three times, the link will expire, so be sure to download the pattern on a device on which you can save the PDF file. If your downloads have expired and you need your download limit reset, contact me and I can reset your downloads for you.

Where can I find your pattern errata?

Please click here for errata. Any errors found are corrected in downloadable PDF patterns immediately. PDF purchasers can download the most recent (corrected) version of a pattern—simply download from the link originally emailed to you upon purchase. If you need your download link emailed to you again or you need your download limits reset, please contact me.
